This is a Dam located 89 km south of San Luis Potosi on the 57 Highway, that goes from San Luis to Queretaro and Mexico City, in the 76 km mark you take a left to Tierra Nueva and pass the town you get to the dam, it has good stable wind that can reach 26 mph in the summer and a good average 18 to 20 from north to south.
